Order Help

There are several way of buying Pinter & Martin titles. We want to make it as easy for you as possible, so please don't hesitate to contact us if you have any problems.

Online

The fastest way to get your book is to order online using a credit or debit card. Please click on the Buy button on the relevant product page. Your item will be added to the shopping basket, which is displayed on the top right. Once you have finished shopping, click on the 'checkout' link in the basket and you will be taken to a secure server, and be asked to fill in your address and credit card details. You will receive a confirmation email of the transaction and receive another e-mail informing you that your good have been dispatched, which is usually within one or two business days.

By mail

You can send us a cheque drawn on a UK bank payable to 'Pinter & Martin Ltd' to: Pinter & Martin Ltd., 6 Effra Parade, London SW2 1PS, UK. Mail order prices are the same as online prices.

By phone

You can call us on 020-7737 6868 to place your order, paying by credit card. Leave a message if no one can answer the phone and we will call you back.

Which credit cards do you accept?

We accept Mastercard, Solo, UK Maestro, Visa, Visa Debit/Delta and Visa Electron.

How long will my order take?

We usually fulfill orders within one or two business days. We'll send you an e-mail to let you know when it has been sent. In the UK you should have your book within two or three days, deliveries to the US take about 5-7 days, Europe 4-5 days and the rest of the world a little longer. All our books are sent by standard air-mail abroad or first or second class within the UK.

Can I return my order?

Yes. If you are unhappy for any reason with your order, return the book or CD to us in resaleable condition for a full refund within 7 days.

Bookshops

You can buy our titles from any UK, US and Australian bookshop. If it's not in stock, they will be happy to order it for you.
